By supporting Mudita Adventures you are greatly impacting lives and entering for a chance to win the trip of a lifetime!
The terms are simple, but please check to make sure you are eligible to be a winner for a Mudita Trip
Entry & Donations
Who can enter
The Mudita sweepstakes are open to any nationality. You must be over the age of 18 to enter.
How To Enter
- In order to be entered into the sweepstakes, you must make a minimum donation of $10.
- A donation of $10 will enter your name one (1) time into the draw.
- A donation of $25 will enter you three (3) times into the draw.
- Each additional sum of $25 will add 3 more entries into the draw. Example: $50 = 6 entries, $75 = 9 entries, $100 = 12 Entries, etc.
- You must add your first and last name, as well as your email to contact you in the event you are the winner.
- There is no limit to the amount of times you can enter (donate) before the draw closes.
- If you would like to keep your name private from the public, please mark the box to do so.
- If you would like to make a donation to enter someone else, please add their name in the boxes.
The Prize
The prize is one (1) complimentary spot on the Mudita trip that you placed your donation in. The prize is valued at $1800 – $2800 USD depending on the tour. The prize has no cash value.
Selecting a Winner
A name will be selected at random using www.randompicker.com. All names and records will be available for public record and viewing.
Claiming the Prize
Mudita Adventures will attempt to contact the winner directly after the draw via email. If we are not able to contact the winner within five (5) days, we will consider the prize forfeited and we select another winner.
What is included in the Prize
- All accommodations during the trip.
- All local transportation in the tour country.
- All Breakfast’s
- All group activities.
- Volunteer Project Fees.
What is NOT included in the Prize
- Travel insurance is not included but will be mandatory for the winner to obtain prior to the trip.
- Most meals are not included and will be at the winner’s own expense. All additional expenses such as souvenirs, gifts, alcohol etc, will not be provided. Please remember to have some additional spending cash.
- Cost of Visa (if needed) and Passport not included.
What is NOT included in the Prize
In order to be considered you will need to:
- Have a valid passport that will be valid for at least six (6) months after departure date, with at least 3 blank pages.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to obtain a Visa (if required) for the country of your prize.
- Speak English at a conversational level. You don’t need to be a native speaker.
